Carli Lloyd Exploring Transfer To Waterstones Bookstore In Liverpool

LIVERPOOL - Writer, author, wordsmith, novelist, veteran United States soccer player, and sometime Houston Dash roster spot Carli Lloyd today announced that she was exploring a transfer to a Waterstones bookstore in Liverpool.

"What's your book tours like here?"

"I saw that both Crystal Dunn and Alex Morgan went overseas and I thought... I haven't done a book reading of my new book, When Nobody Was Watching: My Hard-Fought Journey, over there," stated Lloyd to The Nutmeg News on Tuesday.

"I also thought that maybe I could play some soccer, possibly. However, I'm really trying to not let club soccer get in the way of my international book tour this time."

Sources indicate that Lloyd felt terrible about the situation with the Dash and her book tour last season as she felt that she never wanted to make her book tour suffer while she was gone grinding through dates for the Dash.

"It is important to me to focus completely on my career as a novelist, a United States player and whichever club will pay me the money to be around for a few dates when I'm not on international duty or off finishing my autobiographical sequel which is titled When Everybody Was Watching: A Detailed Break Down Of The World Cup Final."

The Nutmeg News will have more on this as Lloyd finds out that the Liverpool Ladies do not play at Anfield.
